Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
- 225ml grated Cucumber
- 450ml Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- A few Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
Method
- Beat the yoghurt to a smooth paste in a bowl.
- Add grated cucumber and all other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Chill Raita before serving.
- Serve it with pulao, stuffed parathas or with some curry.
